By using Bullmark you agree to what is on this page. Brands that issue credit also accept the issuing terms shown before their first mint; where the two overlap, they say the same thing.

What Bullmark is

Bullmark is a platform where brands list themselves, issue their own Brand Credit and discount vouchers, and work with referrers. Bullmark issues nothing. It records credit and vouchers, routes payments, and seals the history so it can be checked later.

Your account

You sign in through Axowl. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in and your redeem codes to yourself. One person must not run several accounts to get around a limit.

Vouchers and credit

A voucher or a unit of Brand Credit is a promise by the brand that issued it , redeemable at that brand. Honouring it is that brand's obligation, not Bullmark's.

Credit and vouchers are never refunded or paid out as cash , to anyone. See the refund policy .

A voucher is a bearer instrument: whoever can present its code can spend it. Keep the code private.

A voucher expires on the date it carries. Handing it to someone else does not extend it.

If you are a brand

You must be entitled to sell what you list, and the price you state must be the real price on your own site.

You honour every voucher and every unit of credit you issue, including after you leave Bullmark.

The fees are the ones on Fees & money flow , shown to you again before you pay.

Taxes on what you sell are yours to handle.

We do not step between a brand and its customer

What a brand sells, at what price, on what terms, and how it handles a cancellation, a complaint or a dispute is between the brand and its customer. We record what happened; we do not arbitrate it and we do not take sides. Liability arising from those dealings is the brand's.

What you may not do

Use Bullmark unlawfully; list what you have no right to sell; issue credit or vouchers you do not intend to honour; manipulate referrals or redemptions; attack, scrape or overload the service; or use someone else's voucher code without their permission.

Freezing an account

If an account, a brand or its credit is used unlawfully or in breach of these terms, or we reasonably suspect either, we may freeze issuance, settlement, withdrawal and the account itself — immediately and without prior notice . We do this to stop harm while it is examined; funds that turn out to be lawfully yours are released.

Records

Every mint, issue, hand-over, redemption, settlement and withdrawal is written to an append-only, sealed ledger, and may be shown to you, to the other party or to an authority exactly as it happened.

The service, as it is

We work to keep Bullmark running and correct, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a brand's failure to honour what it issued.
